One challenge that Laird has faced in the past few years, is the quick growth of our company, and the always fluctuation workforce due to the nature of our business. To address that issue Laird has put together a leadership team that in my opinion is like no other. They are committed to our Health and Safety program, and ensure the resources are available continually improve our program.

He will then communicate corrective action and follow up to ensure that the actions are completed.
